【法式海绵蛋糕】
1.隔水融化100g白砂糖
2.用打蛋器打至5个全蛋颜色渐变浅,将鸡蛋打发至可以在盆里的蛋糊表面画出纹路
3.倒入过筛110低粉,上下翻拌,完全混合均匀
4.倒入融化黄油30g,拌匀
5.烤盘铺油纸,面糊倒入抹平
6.烤箱预热,180°,18min,至表面金黄即可
