用電鍋做麻糬
材料:
糯米粉250g、60度溫水400cc、糖60g、玉米粉20g、沙拉油2大匙
做法:
1、所有材料放入電鍋內鍋中,把所有材料拌勻成糊狀。
2、外鍋放1杯水,內鍋放入電鍋,蓋上鍋蓋。
3、開關跳起之後,把蒸好的麻糬攪拌成均勻狀,即可搭配各種口味的糖粉,沾裹食用。
